If you are trying to Login to www.simplemobile.com/myaccount you can reset your password to the last 8 digits of your SIM (the SIM # is printed on the SIM card).
You will still need your phone number. If you have a different question, then you should probably call customer service. If you have either your SIM Card # or your phone #, they should be able to find your accout. A Simple Mobile dealer can do this as well.
